Jordan was the first individual at Merle Norman to cut my hair he's truly a saint. I was a complete mess when I came in for the first time in October 2025. My hair was severely damaged, and I was heartbroken knowing I had to cut it almost completely off. Jordan was very kind, caring and understanding and made sure I was ok while cutting my hair.
I highly recommend Merle Norman everyone there truly cares about their clients from the time you walk in the door until you leave.
