Hi Everyone!
My name is Chelsea Pacilio and I am located in Williamstown, NJ.
Makeup has always been a passion of mine! I absolutely love creating new looks along with the current trends.
I loved this passion so much that I decided to make a hustle out of it!!
Over the past 5 years, I have been doing many of my friends and families makeup for various occasions. I also have built my own rapport with other makeup artist and hair stylists and together we will provide onsite hair and makeup for your wedding day!!
I love making everyone feel beautiful and special in their own skin and enhancing their features with makeup!!
