Fall classes are coming up!

School is out and so are the bugs! Some critters are essential to our ecosystem and we’re not a fan of adding toxins to our bodies either, so what do we do to fend off the mosquitoes?! Let’s celebrate summer and fun together time with your child in this “bear-y” special yoga class at The Fountain Wellness Center held both indoors and outside! Have your child bring a stuffy friend to do yoga with & some favorite snacks for our picnic!🐻🍎🍇

Just added! Yoga and Smoothies- a perfect combination of wellness! Have your kids join me for a super fun afternoon. Celebrate Spring & Easter time with a fun filled yoga class for you and your child ages 4-9! Weather permitting the egg hunt will be held outdoors in the back yard at The Fountain Wellness Center. So grab your favorite little bunny and join me for a great time! 🐰🐰
