After 37 enjoyable years of serving the best clients, our owner Jim Mulvenna is announcing his retirement! With that being said, Phoenix, A Salon will be closing its doors for the last time this Friday May 6th.

Coming to this decision was not easy. We want to take this time to thank all of our wonderful and amazing clients who have shown us support from the beginning and those who have continued to trust us to make them feel and look as beautiful as they are on the inside!

It has been an absolute honor to serve each and every one of you. We will always cherish the relationships and friendships we’ve made along the way. Those relationships will not retire with the salon, they will continue on.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to grow alongside you and for being a part of the Phoenix family. We thank you endlessly for that.

As the team makes their transition we ask that you be patient, and continue to support them in their new adventure.

The salon will be open this week to sell retail but we will not be servicing clients. Diane, Darcy, and Amanda have all relocated to new salons and will be reaching out to those of you with upcoming appointments.

Jim has been doing hair for over 35 years, and he's the vision behind Phoenix, having started the salon 19 years ago. He had a desire to create a salon experience that not only produced beautiful hair, but fostered a sense of respect, honesty and professionalism-- for both staff and clients.

Teaching new techniques, encouraging team members to be their best, learning and growing as a team is always at the forefront of his efforts.

His core team of stylists-- Diane, Amanda and Darcy have been with him since the beginning, and with renewed energy post-pandemic, they continue to grow and improve to give their clients their best.
