Custom coloring a closure takes a LOT of precision, you have to be super careful not to get any color on the lace! 😅

Did this weft install today and added partial mesh application on her sides. She had told me before that when she’s had extensions, they just never seem to want to stay in her hair.

So we customized it a little to give her more support where she needed it.

Before any hair gets added, the foundation of a mesh integration has to be clean, secure, and customized to that client.

If the base isn’t right, nothing else will sit right. The way the hair lays, the comfort, the natural movement—it all comes down to what’s underneath.

Every little detail matters… placement, tension, attachment points… all of it is built specifically for the person in my chair.

The hair is the fun part, but the foundation is what makes everything work ✨

This is a custom full-head mesh integration designed specifically for my client’s hair loss pattern and lifestyle.

For this install, I custom-colored the closure, extensions, and her natural hair to create a seamless blend. We chose a deep purple with subtle red pops for added dimension and personality. ❤️💜

Because she doesn’t have enough hair in the front to safely attach with beads, I used PU patches with tape in that area. This provides a secure attachment while protecting the existing hair and creating a natural-looking hairline.

Every mesh integration I create is completely customized. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. The mesh, attachment methods, color, density, and placement are all tailored to each client’s unique needs, making the system comfortable, secure, and as natural-looking as possible.

Hair restoration isn’t just about adding hair…it’s about creating a solution that works for the individual while helping them feel confident again.

What I love about adding a partial mesh to weft rows is that it gives extra structure and support to weaker areas where the hair wouldn’t normally be able to hold extensions. It helps distribute the weight, so more of it is supported by the mesh and less is pulling on the natural hair.
