We are hosting a toiletry drive at LaRuche to benefit the COTS Day Station. The Day Station is a daytime drop-in center for unhoused adults that provides a safe, warm environment 365 days a year. They offer hot lunches, showers, laundry, computer access and also help connect individuals with housing support services. You can bring your donation to your next appointment or just pop in to drop it off if you find yourself in the area!

Facebook just reminded me that 11 years ago today, I started cosmetology school! This fall marks 10 years as a licensed cosmetologist. I’m so grateful to every single one of you who helped make this career change the best decision ever!

For close to a year many of you have listened to me talk about my youngest son, Christian, deciding to join the Air Force. Maybe you’ve heard me wonder what it would be like for him and worry about all of the unknowns. Or you’ve listened to me talk endlessly about his journey, about how proud I am of him. Lots of you have probably seen me tear up, sometimes cry. This week he reached another milestone as he graduated from tech school at Keesler AFB. Happy Independence Day from a proud mom of an Airman in our United States Air Force!🇺🇸 I thank you for all of your kindness, patience and support 💓

I met her as a UVM student, she’s now in grad school living the city life in Brooklyn with her bestie and I’m honored to have her back in my chair when she graces our Green Mountain State. Here are her highlights both blown out and curly💁🏼‍♀️

✨AYDEN- This sweet, smart, sassy, one of a kind college freshman is always up for something new! She’s been rocking these blond bangs for a bit and this time we transitioned her grown out pixie to this pixie/mullet/shag vibe with an undercut. She’s really just the coolest 😎

If you’ve been in my chair you’ve heard me talk endlessly about these two. My baby graduated high school today! All of the best parts of me are because of and from them 🥰💙💙
