Days two and three of Premier were so busy with education and we all learned so much! I also got the opportunity to brush shoulders with some serious beauty industry icons!

What an amazing first day at Premier Orlando! We had a day pack with classes, laughs and even met an industry icon ! Looking forward to day two tomorrow!

Six months ago I decided I needed more.

More support to help me problem solve issues that I was seeing over and over again with my clients.

I had traveled to Denver to get hands-on training, hoping it would be the answer to my issues. Unfortunately, it wasn’t.

IBE is something different. It’s not just an extension certification, but it’s a community. A community of support and education.

Working with people in the hair loss community it is more important than ever to make sure I have the best tools at my disposal.

Over the last six months, I’ve learned so much and have been humbled by how much I didn’t know.

Im so happy to be officially certified! Looking forward to continuing to help serve my clients the best I can, and even more growth in the future!

So thankful for this crew! We finally got to celebrate our holiday party today with a relaxing day at the spa!

Incorrectly placed rows can place unnecessary tension on the hair follicles, leading to discomfort and potential damage. I take great care to assess the best placement for each individual, ensuring that extensions not only look stunning but also feel great!

This guest is always pushing me. Pushing me to do styles that are out of my comfort zone and quite frankly she has made me a better hairstylist.

Being able to be adaptable and do things that you’re not always comfortable with is a skill that takes a long time to master in this industry.
