🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet Kiara! 🌟

Meet Kiara, one of our talented stylists who's been part of the Crude Cuts family for a year and a half! ✂️ She specializes in men's cuts, women's cuts, and color services, bringing creativity and care to every client who sits in her chair.

After graduating from Hair Academy in Bismarck in 2021, Kiara returned home to pursue her passion for hairstyling—and we're lucky to have her on our team!

When she's away from the salon, you'll find her spending time with her daughter, family, and friends or enjoying the outdoors. She's a night owl, coffee lover, and reality TV fan who's currently hooked on The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives and anything Dutton Ranch.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet Kayla! 🌟
Say hello to Kayla, one of the newest hairstylists to join the Crude Cuts family! 💇‍♀️ After attending cosmetology school in 2008 and moving to Williston in 2018, Kayla stepped outside her comfort zone and joined our team in June 2026—and we're so glad she did!

When she's not behind the chair, you'll probably find her sleeping in, cooking a delicious meal, and binge-watching reality TV. She's a proud night owl, fueled by Sugar-Free Red Bull, and loves everything Y2K, 90 Day Fiancé, and The Golden Girls.

Kayla's dream? To experience the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade or watch the New Year's Eve ball drop in New York City. This year, she's working toward visiting a state she's never been to before!
