Nearly three continuous hours diving at Blue Heron Bridge, and the mask stayed clear.
Our balm goes on orange, dries to a light haze, then a small amount of water rinses it clear. A little goes a long way.

We enjoyed meeting the Scuba Magician this week.
After dark, the reef becomes a different world.
This octopus was on the hunt, changing color and texture as it moved across the reef. Those rapid transformations help it blend into its surroundings, communicate, and close in on its next meal.

Those little purple patches arenāt just part of the reef ā theyāre thousands of Sergeant Major eggs. š
And those two? Theyāre on guard duty.
Male Sergeant Majors fiercely protect the eggs until they hatch, chasing away anything that gets a little too close ā including curious divers with cameras. š
Itās one of those underwater moments thatās easy to swim right past if you donāt know what youāre looking for.
