Bray Barber

This photo means so much to me. 🙏🏽💈

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to witness Lupita take 3rd place, and seeing the happiness on her face filled me with pride and gave me even more motivation to keep giving back and helping others grow, even if it’s just in a small way.

I’ve had the privilege of watching her journey: from being my client, to becoming my colleague, to sharing chairs with me at the barbershop, and now watching her compete and make it to the podium. 🏆 Moments like this remind me why it’s all worth it.

And it’s not just her. Several of the barbers who are part of my team today started out as my clients. Now they work, learn, and grow alongside me. That means more to me than I can explain.

Whenever someone comes to me and asks, “How can I start cutting hair?” or “Can you teach me?” I’ve always tried to keep my doors open. I don’t believe in keeping knowledge to myself. If something I’ve learned can help someone else grow, then it’s worth sharing.

That’s also why I never want to let my team or the people who have trusted me down. I want you all to know that I’m here for you—to support you, teach you whatever I can, and hopefully watch you reach your own goals.

And to anyone thinking about getting started in this industry: don’t be afraid to ask questions, learn, and take that first step. We all started from zero at some point. 💈❤️

Congratulations, Lupita. This is only the beginning. 🏆🥉🔥Lupita Reyes

💈🏆 MY FIRST BARBER COMPETITION 🏆💈

Super grateful for today’s experience. 🙏🏽 First and foremost, I want to thank God for allowing me to experience this moment.

A big thank you to Mr.5⭐️ , the creator of the event, his entire team, and the judges Anthony Chapman and for making this amazing experience possible. 💈🔥

Congratulations to Lupita Reyes on taking 3rd place 🥉 and to all the barbers who competed in the different categories and showed their talent.

A special thank you to Xavier Aviles , my model, for trusting my work, and to my wife for always being by my side and supporting me every step of the way. ❤️🙏🏽

This was my first competition, and of course, I came ready to compete for 1st place. We came home with 3rd place 🥉, but more importantly, I gained an incredible experience, valuable lessons, and even more motivation to keep growing.

This is only the beginning. See you at the next competitions! 💈🔥🏆

🙏🏽 💈 THANK YOU TO GOD, OUR TEAM, AND OUR COMMUNITY ❤️

First and foremost, we want to thank God for blessing us with health, talent, and the opportunity to use our hands to serve our community. 🙏

I especially want to thank my entire team at Blends Studio. Thank you for giving your time, for all your hard work, and for using your talent to serve every child who came to our FREE BACK-TO-SCHOOL HAIRCUTS event yesterday. ✂️🎒

We also want to sincerely thank all the parents and families for their patience while waiting and for trusting us with their children. We know there was a wait, and that makes us appreciate your support, understanding, and patience even more. ❤️

Seeing so many kids leave our barbershop with a smile and ready to start the new school year made all the hard work worth it. 🙌

This was about more than just haircuts. It was about coming together as a team, supporting our community, and giving back some of the love and support that Willmar has shown us.

From Blends Studio and our entire team: THANK YOU! 💈❤️

May God bless every family and every child as they begin this new school year. 🙏🎒📚
