Absolutely cracking up at how optimistic I was this morning π a couple of days ago we got into the studio after pilates. Today I was locked out of my suite. I need my own sitcom theme song at this point! Something extra ridiculous is always happening π so grateful for how understanding my clients were today π Never a dull moment
Checked out a new class at Soma Studio today! This is Flow & Strength. It was the perfect level of challenging for me and you guys know I get bored easily if something isnβt challenging enough ππΌ If you enjoy Pilates I think youβll love this one

Weβre turning up the heat for a sweaty, full-body Pilates workout! Expect controlled movements, strength, balance, and a whole lot of burn.
What to bring to class:
A yoga mat
A large towel for your yoga mat
A light set of dumbbells
Water!!
Grip socks are recommended
Hot Pilates may not be a good fit if you:
* Are pregnant
* Have heart or blood pressure conditions
* Are sensitive to heat or prone to fainting
* Have difficulty regulating body temperature
* Are sick, dehydrated, or recovering from illness/injury
When in doubt, check with your healthcare provider before attending
