As many of you know, I love helping people feel their best. Supporting my clients’ well-being has always been at the heart of my work.

Recently, I’ve made the decision to shift my practice in a way that is sustainable for both my clients and myself. Due to a hand injury and a desire to protect my long-term health, I will no longer be offering deep-pressure massage.

Moving forward, I have revised my session offerings to better reflect the type of care I am passionate about providing. My approach is centered on calming the nervous system, reducing stress, easing tension, and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal. I understand that some clients prefer very deep pressure, and if that is what you’re looking for, I completely respect that another therapist may be a better fit for your needs. For all others I look forward to continuing to provide a space where you can relax, unwind, and reconnect with yourself.

For the vast majority of my clients, this change will not affect your sessions. I have already reached out to those who I feel may be most impacted that are currently on my schedule. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Today I had the joy of doing two 90-minute Reiki + Relax sessions back-to-back, and it reminded me just how much I love offering this combo!

There’s something so special about creating a space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and leave feeling calmer and more at ease. By combining the benefits of Reiki with the soothing touch of massage, the nervous system begins to settle, the mind becomes quiet, and the body can let go of tension more naturally.

The result is a deeply calming experience that helps relieve stress, reduce tension, and leaves clients feeling lighter, more balanced, and renewed.
