I had the opportunity and made the decision to take part on this 15 day challenge because my health matters. My journey with TLC started back in January 2021 and I’ve seen amazing results that I obtained in an 11 month period, (-40lbs) however I always said challenges were not for me, I wanted to enjoy my journey and reach my goals at my own pace. BUT man, only God knows how badly I needed this challenge in my life!; and to top it off the coaching I received from the most amazing individual Mr. Licari was beyond what I expected from this challenge. I expected only to loose a few inches, fit into some jeans that for years didn’t even go beyond my hips! Check me out now, 6 years later, after my 1st round of this challenge concluded I was able to wear those jeans again! In addition that amazing milestone I’ve found my purpose and know more than ever that 15 days of self commitment has mayor impact in one’s life. I’ve learned that a healthy being is one who has a healthy balanced mind body and spirit!
