I know firsthand how difficult it is to leave the pesky blemishes alone, and in stressful times, I am subject to the same struggle with my own discipline. For some of us, it may be an attempt to simply “get rid” of the blemish. for others, it could be compulsive. For me, it’s usually both. Your esthetician can provide you with recommendations for self-performed, non-invasive remedies or home care products for blemishes that may appear between appointments, but you should absolutely consult with a professional and allow them to analyze, identify, and recommend based on your specific skin type and skin concern.
