I’m a mom of two young boys, born and raised in Chicago, an exercise enthusiast, and a pelvic health physical therapist who believes your body deserves truly individualized care.

I’ve spent the last 11 years treating orthopedics and pelvic health simultaneously-which gives me a well-rounded approach to treating all of my patients. After all, your pelvic floor is connected to your hips, your core, your breathing, your posture, your strength, and your life.

I’m a Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certified (PRPC) provider and have been a business owner for the past 2 years. My approach is comprehensive, one-on-one, and rooted in listening. No rushing. No cookie-cutter plans. Just thoughtful, whole-body care designed specifically for you.

The Elmhurst Wellness Team together with We Pop Up is sponsoring the Seventh Annual Elmhurst Homeless Student Drive from November 10th through December 13th.

Unfortunately, the number of K-12 students without housing in Elmhurst is 76 and we are asking for your support again.

We have a significant goal to achieve in order to give each student something before they leave for their Christmas break.

To keep it simple this year, we are collecting Gift Cards in $25.00 increments from four area stores: Jewel, Target, Walmart and Mariano’s.
