Hi, it’s me the Boss Witch behind the chair. 🖤✨

After a day in Salem with the girls, this felt like the perfect time for a little reintroduction.

I’m Kristin — hairstylist, salon owner, mom of three boys, lover of all things fall, Halloween, good hair & making the salon feel like a place you actually look forward to coming to.

Kristin Kincaid Salon has always been about more than your hair appointment. It’s the catch-ups, the laughs, the “I needed this” moments, and hopefully leaving feeling a little more like yourself than when you walked in.

I’m so happy to be back behind the chair after maternity leave, doing what I love with some pretty amazing ladies beside me. And judging by the shirt… apparently I’ve officially embraced my title. 😂🧙🏻‍♀️

A little Salem day with (most of) the girls behind Kristin Kincaid Salon. Good food, lots of laughs, a little chaos, and obviously matching witch shirts were necessary. 😂

I love that our salon is made up of independent stylists doing their own thing, but we can still come together, have fun and genuinely enjoy each other outside of work. 🖤

Safe to say… Salem was very on brand for us. 🎃✨

This busy mama of 3 hadn’t had her hair done in almost a YEAR since welcoming her littlest. Between babies, schedules, work, and taking care of everyone else… somehow mom always ends up at the bottom of the list.

So today was about HER. ✨

We gave her the ultimate fall brunette refresh — hand-painted dimension to break up the grown-out color, a rich brunette root + end glaze to bring everything back together, and soft honey-toned warmth for that dimensional, expensive brunette feel.

Then we glazed it all over for that ✨ ridiculous shine ✨ and finished with a fresh cut + bouncy style.

The goal wasn’t to make her blonde. It was to make her brunette feel richer, warmer, dimensional and alive again. 🤎🍯

Busy moms: consider this your reminder that you deserve to be on your own to-do list too. Come sit in my chair, drink your coffee while it’s actually hot, and let me take care of you for a few hours. 🤍
