Most people think a treatment starts when the water turns on.
Mine starts about ten minutes before that, in a conversation.

Not because I’m collecting information. Because every answer changes what happens next and because I don’t treat this part like paperwork to get through before the “real” work begins.

That’s not a formality. That’s the treatment starting.

This conversation continues tonight in your inbox at 8pm.

At some point, every business owner reaches a crossroads.

Not because they’re failing.
Because they’ve outgrown the direction they’ve been heading.

You can keep adding more certifications.
More services.
More equipment.
More ideas.

Or you can pause long enough to ask a different questions:

🌱What truly fills my cup?

🌱What do I actually want to be known for?

Over the years, I’ve worked with stylists, head spa providers, and specialists who all had the same underlying challenge.

Not a lack of skill.

A lack of clarity.

When you know exactly who you are, who you serve, and why your work matters, your decisions become easier.

Your messaging becomes clearer.

Your offers become more intentional.

And your business starts feeling like it was built on purpose instead of pieced together over time.

That’s why I created the Deep Dive.

It’s a 90-minute strategy session designed to help you step back, gain perspective, and leave with a personalized roadmap built around your strengths, your vision, and the business you actually want to create.

If you’ve been feeling stuck between where your business is and where you know it could be, the Deep Dive was created for exactly that.

Most of my rebooking happens right here… Before treatment even starts.

Most scalp treatments don’t get rebooked.
Not because the treatment didn’t work. Not because the client didn’t feel it. Because nothing happened at the end that told them to come back.

No evidence shown. No next appointment mentioned. No memorable moment they’d miss if they skipped it.

Rebooking isn’t luck. It’s design.

I put together 5 Scalp Therapy Secrets That Sell Themselves, the shifts I actually use to turn a single scalp treatment into the service clients can’t stop requesting.

🌱 How your intake sets the sale before you even start
🌱 Why layering results matters more than any single product
🌱 The one thing most practitioners skip at the very end
🌱 How to show your client the proof, not just tell them
🌱 What to say before they even leave the chair

Free guide. Comment SECRETS and I’ll send it straight to your DMs. 🌿

Think about it...

🌱 The golden milk your client sips during the consultation.
🌱 The sounds you’ve chosen with intention.
🌱 The warm herbal compress they smell before it ever touches their scalp.
🌱 The way you pause to explain why you’re choosing each step.

None of these moments are accidental.
They’re the details that transform a service into an experience.

When clients understand what’s happening beneath their scalp and why it matters, they stop seeing scalp therapy as an occasional luxury. They begin to see it as part of caring for their long-term well-being.

That’s the power of education. But education alone isn’t the whole story — it’s the moments in between that build trust.

And here’s something else...

Those rituals aren’t just for our clients. They’re for us, too.
🌱 Mixing a custom blend with intention.
🌱 Preparing a cup of tea between appointments.
🌱 Taking a quiet breath before welcoming the next person into your space.
Those small rituals remind us to slow down in an industry that often rewards speed over presence.

The most successful scalp therapy practices aren’t built on doing more. They’re built on creating experiences people can’t imagine replacing.

One intentional ritual at a time. 🤍

🌿 What’s the one ritual you refuse to rush, even on your busiest days?

“Detox” has become one of the most overused words in the scalp care industry.

The truth is, not every scalp is congested.
🌱Some are dry.
🌱Some have a compromised barrier.
🌱Some are sensitive.
🌱Some need hydration.
🌱Some need circulation support.

When every treatment starts with the assumption that the scalp needs to be detoxed, we risk overlooking what the client actually needs.
The most effective scalp treatments aren’t built around trendy buzzwords.
They’re built around observation, assessment, and intention.
That’s where real customization begins. 🌱

If you only know me through Casa PRANA, here’s a little peek at the person behind it. These are the little things that fill my cup when I’m not in the treatment room.
What’s some of yours? 🌱

Favorite little companions 🐱 🐱🐱🐱🐱🐱
My six cats.
Life is simply better with a “little” cat hair on everything

Favorite Flower: Sunflowers🌻
There’s just something about them that makes me smile. You will always find them at my house too.

☕🍰 Favorite ritual
Baking and setting a cozy tea table.
It’s my favorite way to slow down and unwind.

🥾 Favorite thing to do
Hiking.
Fresh air, quiet trails, and a chance to disconnect.

🌿 Favorite herbal tea
Nettle tea.
A staple in my kitchen and one of the herbs I reach for most often. It’s literally good for everything 🙌🏻

😂 Favorite therapy
Talking through life’s problems with my sister... while making them 10× more dramatic with ridiculous filters.

🪴 Favorite hobby
Collecting plants.
I have well over 150 plants between my home and Casa PRANA... and somehow there’s always room for one more.

🌊 Favorite place to reset
The beach.
It’s where I go when I need to clear my mind and breathe.

When I teach scalp therapy, I’m teaching so much more than techniques.
I’m teaching what it means to build a business you’re proud to attach your name to.

One rooted in honesty.
🌱 Integrity.
🌱 Curiosity.
🌱 Originality.

Build something that feels genuinely yours.
Not a trend.
Not a copy.
Not someone else’s work or vision with your logo on it.

Learn from others. Be inspired. Then find your own voice.

Because protocols can be taught.
Products can be purchased.
Treatment rooms can be beautifully designed.

But authenticity can’t be replicated.

Your reputation is built by the choices you make when no one is watching. That’s what earns trust. That’s what creates longevity.
And that’s the kind of practitioner I hope to leave this industry with.

Build something with your voice that you’re proud to put your name on. 🤍

If this is the kind of business you want to build, you’ll feel right at home in my classroom. 🌱

To steam or not to steam?🧐

Steam has become a default step in head spa services, but the real question is why we’re using it.

Steam itself isn’t good or bad. It’s simply moist heat. What matters is the intention, the timing, and the scalp you’re working with.

Protocols shouldn’t be rigid. The scalp in front of you should always guide the treatment.

These are the kinds of discussions we have inside the PRANA Ritual Method community, result-driven, intuition-led practitioners learning to think beyond trends.

✨What guides your decision to steam… habit or observation?
