I don’t usually speak about politics here. This page has always been about work, healing, and building something meaningful. But lately, it’s been hard to stay quiet.
I moved to the United States when I was 12 years old.I learned a new language, a new culture, and how to survive by working hard and keeping my head down like so many immigrant families do.
Today, I’m an immigrant, multi business owner.
I create jobs.I pay taxes.I employ people who depend on this work to support themselves and families.
Immigrants wake up early. We leave late.We take the shifts others don’t want.We build quietly, consistently, without asking for recognition.
Watching families be separated, parents taken from their children, and fear used as a governing tool has been heartbreaking.
This isn’t about borders or politics anymore, it’s about humanity.
Families are being torn apart.Children are being traumatized.People who have spent decades contributing are living in fear and leaving with less than what they came in with… Their dignity.
Immigrants are not headlines. We are business owners, caregivers, workers, artists, neighbors, shakers and movers. We are deeply woven into the fabric of this country.
I love the life I’ve built here. And because of that, I believe we can and must do better.
Better policies.More compassion.More accountability.Less fear.
I’ll keep doing what I know how to do: showing up early, leaving late, creating ethical work, building jobs, and leading with integrity. But I won’t pretend this doesn’t matter.
Human lives matter.Families matter. We need to do better, if anything, for the sake of our children.

Holistic scalp therapy is often overcomplicated.
Not because the work is complex but because the fundamentals get overlooked.
✨Assessment before action.
✨Barrier health over aggressive cleansing.
✨Protocols that adapt to the scalp instead of overriding it.
This chart isn’t about right or wrong.
It’s a reminder of what tends to support long-term scalp health —and what often creates noise instead of results.
Sometimes the most effective work
is also the most restrained.

Why ?
I started creating these products before there was ever a salon. Two years earlier (2017) I was quietly playing with formulations, testing, adjusting, paying attention. Some of my long-standing clients became part of it, trying things at home, giving honest feedback, helping me understand what their hair and scalp actually needed.
Being allergic and sensitive to a lot of ingredients myself, I wanted control over what I was touching, breathing in, and working with every day.
That desire for safety and simplicity is what led me to create my own line and eventually, to open and step fully into holistic scalp care.
As the work deepened, so did the patterns.
More sensitivity. More hair loss and scalp anomalies. More people who needed less, not more.
The professional backbar line came later, in the same way everything else did — by listening.
By watching what supported healing and what disrupted it.
By wanting practitioners to have tools that honored their services, not competed with them.
These products aren’t meant to replace your skill. They’re here to support your hands, your intuition, and the care you bring into the room.
✨Minimal.
✨Adaptable.
✨Professional.
If you are interested in carrying as your holistic backbar, access is available to practitioners only via link in bio.
Most practitioners aren’t confused because they lack skill.
They’re confused because they were never shown how to place themselves.
The PRANA Ritual Method helps you understand
what kind of therapist you are, how you work best,
and where your work belongs in the market.
When your position is clear, your decisions get quieter.
And the work stops feeling heavy.✨

The PRANA Ritual Method isn’t about doing more.
It’s about knowing why you’re doing what you’re doing — and when to stop.
That’s what creates consistency.
That’s what clients feel.
And that’s what protects you from burnout.
It also helps you understand what kind of therapist you are and where you actually fit in the market, without forcing yourself into someone else’s model.
✨This work becomes lighter when your framework is solid.
This year taught me something I didn’t expect.
More trips.
More work.
More learning.
More everything.
And still… the biggest lesson wasn’t about adding more.
It was about knowing when to stop consuming.
When to stop chasing the next thing.
And when to trust what I’ve already built.
I’m walking into this next year lighter.
Clearer.
More selective with my energy, my time, and who I learn from.
If you’re feeling the urge to slow down and simplify—
take it seriously.
That feeling usually shows up after you’ve learned enough.
Here’s to doing less, better ✨🥂
Yesterday I shared why holistic doesn’t mean unstructured.
Today I want to add this:
structure isn’t about control — it’s about containment.
Without structure, intuition turns into guessing.
Without containment, holistic work turns into burnout.
Pricing is one of the first places this shows up.
I put the same exact pricing framework I use when building services for Casa PRANA into a short guide for practitioners who want clarity without hype.
It’s linked in my bio. ✨
