Sometimes we focus so much on fading a spot that we miss what’s causing it. A breakout, picking at your skin, or using products that leave it irritated can all lead to new dark marks.
Here’s your gentle Saturday reminder:
💜 Be patient with your skin. Scrubbing harder won’t make a spot fade faster.
💜 Pay attention to what triggers new marks, especially breakouts or irritation.
💜 Wear broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher. If dark spots are your concern, a tinted sunscreen with iron oxides can offer extra protection from visible light.
