Finishing out this years with my February reading.
I read this book a few years back and it was a super quick on e that packed some great inspiration and insight on how much giving can not only brighten your mood, but heal.
I saw this on the shelf while browsing the library for a way to get off of my phone at night(the struggle is real).
So I’ve been using it as an excuse to do her 29 days of giving and definitely loving the effects already. Would anyone want to join me? I’d love a few people to share their experiences and get some ideas from.
There are plenty of other books on this subject and I love the subject of spirituality meets science. Feel free to drop any recommendations that you’ve loved as well 👇

Guys!!! I’m turning 40!
If I haven’t already had a mini freak out while you’re in my chair, followed by being excited that I’m going to Austin to celebrate with my girlies then I’d love any all all advice to make me feel like I’m turning 34 again (I’d stay 34 forever if I could 😉🙃)

Summer is coming to an end.. time to get that hair back in ladies
Did you take your extensions out for the summer so you didn’t have to worry about sweating through your shirts, jumping off the boat, or worry about sunscreen turning your blonde har orange?
We get it, and had quite a few of you free birds this year…we were happy to help! But this is your little reminder that the fall gets crazy around these parts, so y’all better chug your seltzers and get the sand out of your crack so you can get those babies back in before that tan fades.

Our Story
As long as I can remember, I've wanted to be a hair stylist. Since I was a young child I was drawn to playing/experimenting with hair, and seeing how I was the youngest I usually had to revert to my dolls, then moved on to my friends. I loved doing hair for dances and, dare I say, experimenting with our color in the bathroom..eek! LOL So no judgment, guys we've all been there.
Eventually I went to a small beauty school in VA in 2004 and haven't looked back!
When I'm not out enjoying this beautiful beach weather or behind the chair, I'm learning new blonding, styling, or extension techniques as well as education myself in business/technology in order to make your experience go as smooth, relaxing, and enjoyably as possible.
My mission is to empower women, by enhancing their natural beauty and reminding them of their worth. When you sit in my chair, it is a chance for YOU to get taken care of. Leave all of the stress and responsibility at the door and enjoy some time just for you.
