One thing that has made the biggest impact on our salon culture is open communication.

Whether it’s our scheduled monthly meetings with each team member, quick personal or professional check-ins, conversations about goals and growth paths, or simply being open to feedback — communication is what keeps our team connected.

I never want leadership to feel one-sided. Some of our best ideas come from brainstorming together, hearing different perspectives, and being open to opinions on what could be improved or done differently.

We communicate about every aspect of the salon because everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and involved. Creating an environment where people can openly share ideas, grow confidently, and contribute as a team is what allows everyone to truly thrive here. 🤍

Running a salon, leading a team, raising a family—none of it is light work.

It’s showing up with intention everyday.
It’s in the growth I get to witness in every stylist on my team.
It’s in the balance I’m constantly learning between being present at home and fully leading here.

I don’t take any of it for granted—the chaos, the responsibility, the privilege of leading women who are building their own paths.
