Leah has been with The Body Lounge since it's earliest stage, in her capacity as a Master Reiki Teacher & Spiritual Mentor.

Leah spent decades in traditional career settings, ranging from customer service to corporate mastermind before answering the call to become a Healer & Guide.

Emi is often seen manning the front desk here at The Body Lounge or giving Reiki during one of our Restoration Sessions, but did you know she's also an artist?

You can find her work at Art By Emi, or on Instagram at , but if you'd like to see her in person, you can find her at Seaglass Monthly Market in Castle Hayne, NC every third weekend of the month (which happens to be this weekend, Sept 18th-20th).😀

Someone called us asking for help planning a birthday at the our Massage Studio☺️🎂 Can you believe this basket is just the icing on the cake? Here's the itinerary we came up with. ⬇🎉

10:15 am Arrival, then:

30 minutes of Reiki, followed by a 90-minute Swedish Massage with TMJ and a focus on Tension/Migraine relief, with added Sinus Relief Mask, Aromatherapy and Hot Stones, then (taking a breath, here😄)

A session in our Infrared Sauna, followed by a short break, presentation of the basket you see in the photo, and a refreshing post-massage shower. And we followed all this up with a 45-minute Akashic Records Reading with one of our Practitioners.🥰

We had a blast playing little elves in the middle of summer to set all this in motion in just the way our client hoped for, and we're ready to do it again!

One of our massage therapists, Renea, who is also an artist, is having her work shown this month at the Cathryn O'Donnell Gallery in the Wallace Work Lofts, located at 244 Princess St, Wilmington, NC 28401.

In addition to being a stained glass artist and sculptor, she also paints and draws to create captivating work centered around the human body.

Opening night for the show is Friday, September 25th from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.☺️
