The new Matrix toners are insanely beautiful!

This happens more often than you think it would. We ate at IHOP with friends on Sunday night and the waitperson changed my tip amount from 20% to 50%. AMEX alerts us if a tip is over 20%…happens 4-5 times a year. Very annoying that people do this!
