Good Morning Midtownians!

We are so excited to finally introduce to you the creation of our "Next big Thing"!

Yesterday we successfully completed the acquisition of Incredible gourmet Pizza of Wilmington and have tirelessly begun the process of upgrading the business to your Midtown standards!

MIDTOWN INCREDIBLE PIZZA will be Midtown Wilmington's FIRST and only Boar's Head meat and cheese pizza shop topped with the freshest ingredients!

Here's What you can expect in the coming weeks:

We have successfully completed our 5th revision of what we believe to be a pretty awesome menu utilizing Incredible Pizza's most successful items AND an incredibly unique conversion of Midtown D & G's most popular sandwich options. Who would have known that pizza and sandwiches were so closely related!

We have begun the process of renovating, cleaning, updating, modifying, and adding the necessary equipment to bring this new menu and company up to the Midtown standard you have grown to love! We ask that you please understand that this is a process and there is an enormous amount of work and re-training that must be completed in order to successfully complete this conversion.

We are working on an implementation process for our new POS system, TOAST, that has been successfully utilized at our current location. This system will allow you to view almost all menu items and utilize our online ordering system for ALL of your pickup and delivery needs. You will no longer have to depend solely on an individual to place your pickup and delivery orders.

We have begun the conversion over to Coke products and will offer a broad selection of these products for delivery and pickup. Our partnership with coke will allow for INCREDIBLE branding opportunities for our customers to enjoy.

Feel free to stop in to the Incredible Pizza location and try out the existing menu items and let us know how we can improve the experience for you.

Lastly, for the first time in 12 years the "Parisian Salad" will be available for pickup OR delivery after 4:00PM!! We are happy to announce we will be offering some of our delicious salad options on our newly converted menu.

From first conception of our name, which has created Wilmington's most desirable area to live and eat in, to this moment we have always strived to provide our customers with the freshest and highest quality ingredients for your dining needs. We are excited to carry on this standard of quality to this new oportunity and give Midtown Wilmington a truly Incredible Pizza experience!
