Today was one of those days I’ll never forget.🤎

After months of planning, learning, dreaming, and preparing, I had the privilege of welcoming my very first clients into my space.

Every sheet folded, every detail prepared, and every moment was done with care and gratitude. Thank you to each person who trusted me with their time and allowed me to be a small part of their wellness journey.

This is just the beginning, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the love and support from my family, friends, mentors, and this amazing community. Here’s to many more moments of helping people slow down, reconnect, and simply breathe. 🌿

Hoy fue uno de esos días que jamás voy a olvidar. 🤎

Después de meses de preparación, estudio, sueños y mucho trabajo, hoy tuve el privilegio de recibir a mis primeros clientes en mi espacio.

Cada sábana acomodada, cada detalle preparado y cada momento fue hecho con mucho cariño y gratitud. Gracias a cada persona que confió en mí y me permitió acompañarlos, aunque fuera por un momento, en su camino hacia el bienestar.

Esto apenas comienza y no puedo estar más agradecida por el apoyo de mi familia, amigos, maestros y de esta hermosa comunidad. Que este sea el inicio de muchos momentos dedicados al cuidado, la calma y la conexión. 🌿

✨ If I recommend an enhancement (such as cupping, hot stones, or another technique), it’s because I truly believe it will benefit your session. If we decide it’s right for you, it’s included… there are no additional fees.
✨ If you don’t see a date or time that works with your schedule, please don’t hesitate to reach out. While I can’t make any promises, I’ll always do my best to see if I can accommodate you.
✨ And if I ever feel another therapist would be a better fit for your needs, I’ll gladly help you find the right one.

✨ Si te recomiendo una técnica complementaria (como ventosas, piedras calientes u otra técnica), es porque realmente creo que puede beneficiar tu sesión. Si ambos decidimos que es lo mejor para ti, está incluida; no hay cargos adicionales.
✨ Si no encuentras un día o un horario que se adapte a tu agenda, no dudes en escribirme. Aunque no puedo prometer disponibilidad, siempre haré todo lo posible por encontrar una opción que funcione para ti.
✨ Y si en algún momento considero que otro terapeuta puede ayudarte mejor, con mucho gusto te ayudaré a encontrar a la persona adecuada.

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately, but for a good reason. 🤎

The past few weeks have been filled with paint, late nights, paperwork, and so much love as we’ve been building Raíz by Vero from the ground up. What makes it even more special is that it hasn’t just been my dream… my family has poured their hearts into it too. Every brushstroke, every opinion on colors, every helping hand (especially Gio’s ❤️) has become part of this space.

I’m so excited to welcome you all in soon. My booking link is hopefully going live later today or tomorrow! Thank you to everyone who has encouraged, supported, and believed in me along the way… it truly means more than you know.
