What makes a NOVA STRANDS stylist different? ✨
She’s never done learning.
She craves education. She asks questions. She stays curious. She wants to understand the why behind what she does- not just master the technique.
She’s passionate about her craft, obsessed with beautiful results, and always looking for ways to become a better stylist than she was yesterday.
But talent isn’t everything.
We want stylists who bring good energy, support the women around them, celebrate each other, and genuinely enjoy being a part of a team.
High standards
Big goals
Good vibes
Constant growth
This is NOVA STRANDS 🤎
And as we continue to grow in Oregon, we’re looking for more stylists who embody exactly that.
