Iām gonna rewind to a couple of weeks ago to showcase this shape. The request lately has definitely been volume, and the trend is becoming a disconnected shape at times. Aka: A Wolf Cut. This shape needs to hold up on full volume days, on low key day 1 relaxed definition, and be versatile styled back, in the middle, or full on bangs with out holes or gaps from the disconnect.

I love a good classic cut. The āRachelā shape with a softer blowout. To get the max volume, focus on an over direct round brushing then immediately add Velcro rollers or pin the curl in on the top. Donāt forget your root lift spray!
āāTwas a Reblonding day as well. Weāre not done with that summer blonde yet!
Step 1 in Loving your natural curls: Self Care. Whether you have zigzag coils, s pattern, big loopy curls, or any combo you most likely havenāt loved them because you were never shown proper care = love.
Healthy, trimmed, and hydrated curls give you so much more than thirsty ones.
Step 2: Understand my pattern isnāt gonna be your pattern and thatās more than ok. Your pattern can take on so many looks that mine could NEVER. A colorful head wrap or accessory makes a zigzag POP. A flat twist or flexi set Eats on healthy coils. A wash and go set GIVES on day 1 & beyond
Step 3: Understanding that the first time wearing a wash & go may not be the best time. But it will get better with care=love.
