🥥 Let’s talk coconut oil after a Brazilian wax…

I get asked this question a lot: “Can I use coconut oil after my Brazilian?”

While coconut oil is often recommended as a “natural” moisturizer, I personally don’t recommend using straight coconut oil on your freshly waxed Brazilian area.

Coconut oil is a heavier, more occlusive oil, which means it can trap heat, sweat and debris around freshly waxed follicles. If you’re already prone to clogged follicles, bumps or ingrown hairs, it may make things worse.

After a Brazilian, your skin needs to calm down and breathe. I recommend keeping your post-care simple and using lightweight products for moisturizing, like Bushbalm oil, which is specifically formulated for the bikini and p***c area.

Does that mean coconut oil is terrible? Nope! Some people’s skin tolerates it just fine. But when it comes to freshly waxed skin, it’s just not something I personally recommend to my clients. 💗

I can’t believe I’m sitting here celebrating one full year of You Glow Goddess. What an incredible journey it has been.

First and foremost, I have to thank God for guiding me through this journey, giving me the strength to keep going, and blessing me with this opportunity. I truly believe I’ve been led exactly where I’m meant to be in this moment 🙏🏼

I am beyond grateful and truly thankful for each and every one of my clients—because without you, this business would not exist. 💕

One of the things I’m most proud of is the space I’ve created. Hearing that you feel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease in my treatment room means everything to me. That was always my goal—and knowing I’ve achieved that is so rewarding.

Thank you for the feedback, the loyalty, and the trust you’ve given me over this past year. Because of your continued support, my books stay full, and often when one month begins, the next is already filling up. That is something I will never take for granted.

I’ve had the honor of meeting so many amazing people—different personalities, backgrounds, and stories—and I genuinely love each connection that’s been built along the way.

This has become so much more than just a business to me. I never feel like I’m “going to work.” I feel like I’m providing a service where people walk in happy to be there and leave feeling even better. That’s something I don’t take lightly.
