Today was one of those days that reminded me how much I love learning. ✨
I spent the day at the B3 Summit listening to some incredible conversations around women’s health, hormones, wellness, and whole-person care — and I left with pages of notes and so many things I want to keep digging into.
One of my favorite parts of being a provider is knowing there is always more to learn. Medicine keeps evolving, our understanding keeps growing, and I never want to get so comfortable that I stop asking questions or looking for better ways to care for my patients.
So grateful for Charia, Megan Del Corral, and everyone involved in putting together a day full of thoughtful conversations and speakers who genuinely made me want to come home and learn even more. 🤍

If I wanted my skin to look amazing 10 years from now, this is where I’d start. ✨
Not with chasing every new treatment. Not with trying to “fix” everything at once. And definitely not with assuming filler is the answer to every concern.
I’d focus on the things that actually compound over time:
SPF. Retinoids. Antioxidants. Treating pigment. Protecting collagen. Using toxin strategically. Maintaining skin quality.
And just as importantly — remembering that healthy aging is bigger than one treatment or one syringe.
The goal isn’t to never age. The goal is to age well, take care of your skin along the way, and still look like yourself years from now. 🤍

I came home from advanced Morpheus8 training with a completely different appreciation for how customizable this treatment really is.
Texture, acne scarring, fine lines, loose skin, collagen loss — those are all different concerns, and they shouldn’t all be treated the exact same way.
Morpheus8 can be tailored using different depths, energy levels, treatment areas, and techniques depending on what we’re trying to accomplish.
