CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: Things happen, I get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, that is completely fine! All I ask is that you inform me as soon as possible! 24-48 hours in advance is ideal. Those who cancel frequently, or without appropriate notice, will be unable to book with me in the future. You will be notified if this is you. Basic salon procedure......if the appointment is rescheduled the deposit is not refunded but may be applied to future salon services. I do not issue refunds for salon services or deposits. When you reserve an appointment it’s a reserved time slot which is blocked off just for you. I value your time and mines.
