Carpe Diem Massage Therapy is celebrating 1-month mile stone with exciting news: to better serve your needs, starting today, I will introduce the vibration/percussion massage therapy gun for Deep Tissue and Wellness Blend massage sessions.
Vibration Therapy is well known to relax the muscles, but also used as a therapeutic measure to reduce tension, increase blood flow, break up scar tissue, speed up rehab, and more. You can often see massage guns used in Physical Therapy, Chiropractic offices, and Athletic and Rehabilitation centers; it provides great results with faster muscle recovery.
Vibration will be applied locally to increase blood flow under the skin; it is a great addition. especially to deep tissue massage. to focus on problem areas and speed up recovery.
I’m dedicated to the wellbeing of my clients and trying to bring in new methods that are beneficial in solving their problems.
