welcome! thanks for liking the page, there are a couple of announcements.
-The grand opening of the shop will be on Monday 8/2
-There is online booking!!! check the page for the booking link,
also feel free to reach out by messenger or by phone.
- This coming Saturday 7/31 there will be a soft opening from 11-
3, stop by and check out the new spot!
- shop hours will be as followed;
* Mondays- 9a.m. to 5p.m.
* Thursdays-9a.m. to 5p.m.
* Fridays-7a.m. to 1p.m.
* Saturdays-7a.m. to 1p.m.

Sometimes you fall..... the important thing is that you get back up and continue fighting. Today was not my day. I tested and failed. Today I learned. I want to give congrats to my coach for successfully moving one notch closer to your black belt! And I want to thank my other two coaches for helping me and every step of my Jiu-Jitsu journey to this point. This failure is only a minor setback in the greater picture. There will be more falls, there will be more failures , there will be more getting up, they'll be more fighting, and most importantly they'll be even more progress...... and that is the goal. @ The Academy
