A note about my math, 80 snaps was counted with one hand so I figure if I use both hands that doubles the moments. And moments are available to us anytime we tune in. At Heart Space these moments of safety, care, softness, relaxation, peace, are almost limitless.

Maybe all we can do is get a second or a burst of happiness and joy through to other people and then if we do let it reverberate around like an echo or a pebble in a puddle
