Heart Space Massage

As we get old we wake up everyday with some pains and maybe we have a row of pill bottles and supplements to try and wash it all away. Whether it is chronic pain, stiffness, headaches, exercise, fatigue, feet, legs, hips, low back, shoulders--stress or anxiety, HeartSpace is here with care and compassion to help sit with it, take a look at it, so that it doesn't sit in you, keep staring you down. Often what we run from catches us somehow and when it does hopefully we learn we didn't need to be running that whole time. Peace.
