We are so grateful and excited to be at Russian River Vineyards in Forestville on Sunday mornings! The time with you all has been truly magical and amazing. We are calling Sunday mornings time, Yoga Church!

We want to create a space that is sacred. We encourage you to drop into your yoga practice. Our intention is to not only move you through a yoga flow that will challenge you physically ( all levels are welcome) but also give room for deeper spiritual awakening within all of us. We encourage you to come and experience what is happening on Sunday mornings. We will be out at Russian River Vineyards every Sunday, until the foreseeable future.

Unfortunately Tuesday nights at Notre Vue Estate & Winery will not be happening this year. We loved our time out there and are grateful.
