I wanted to take a minute to chat about my personal experience with the new product, Rested, and give you some tips.

I have been struggling to sleep through the night and stay asleep since turning 40. I had tried othersupplements and nothing was that great. Let me share with you what is great about Rested.

1. These are NON-MELATONIN sleep gummies.

Melatonin can be great in a pinch, but it's a hormone naturally produced by our brain. When we take it synthetically too often our body will stop naturally producing it. That's what causes dependence. I was instantly thrilled to have access to something that won't cause any dependence and is also safe for kids.

2. These work best if taken 30-60 min before bed.

I have found that going to bed during that window is key for me. I take my gummy, do my skincare routine and last minute scrolling and its perfect timing.

3. Take gummies for about 3-4 weeks to max results.

Even though I noticed pretty quickly that when I woke up to p*e I could more easily fall back asleep, I am now on week 3.5 and most nights I never even work up to p*e- THAT IS UNHEARD OF for me!!

I can't wait to hear how they help you or somone in your home who is struggling. If you track your sleep with a smart watch, it will be fun to see how your quality of sleep improves! I also noticed I now wake up and feel wide eyed as soon as my alarm goes off- it’s such a cool feeling that I wasn't expecting!

PS- If i get to bed late I only take one and have no issues waking up!

Emily started with Beauty Society by first adding a scoop of Infuse to her water two months ago. She loved how her skin was looking so much more hydrated and her eyelashes were growing!

Pay attention to who claps.

Because not everyone is going to.

It’s a sad reality, but it’s true.

Not everyone is going to clap for you. Not everyone is going to stand in your corner. Not everyone is going to cheer you on.

It’s doesn’t matter how kind you are, talented you are, or intelligent you are, so don’t take it personal.

It’s just the way things work out sometimes.

Some will judge you. Some will talk about you.

And that’s not a reflection on who you are, Love.

It’s simply a reflection on who they are.

Keep putting your light out into this world, knowing that there are people around you happy to be a part of it.

Oh, and just a piece of advice: Don’t pay so much attention to the ones who are not clapping,

That you forget to notice the ones who are.

For they’re everything that’s right in your world.
