Lavender and Luxury

Oh my has it been a long time since we've talked. I have missed you all so much, life has been crazy busy but I have been loving every moment God has blessed me with. God has opened up some pretty amazing doors since we last talked that I cannot wait to tell you all about soon!!! Before we get into all the blessings let's talk about our gut which controls every aspect of our bodies. How's yours treating you?

Being a mom is hard. But do you know what is harder being a single mom working a fulltime job, preparing to go to college in teaching, living on caffeine, sugar, and the good Lord.

I've been watching my sweet friend Warren post for months now about her having all this energy to chase her three beautiful kids around, and how she is less moody. Lord, knows I need some of that juice. 🫣

So, I'm finally going to DO IT!!! I'm starting my gut health journey to help me feel my best, while ditching the caffeine and sugar for GOOD along the way.

Stay turned to see how things go. I'm hopeful and excited!!! If you are in the same boat and want to be a part of an accountability group, I know that would help me out a ton!! Us moms have to stick together to stay motivated. 🙏 Message me and we can chat!

Our trim fit taste like a berry blast.
You can drink it alone or add our earth+ocean green or mix collagen for a even more flavor exploration.
