You MUST have your gift certificate at your appointment! I cannot stress this enough. I do not honor without it. I have been taken advantage of in the past due to them “not having it at the appointment”. I do leave that to your own responsibility to keep up with. It’s very important that you do so.
My memory is not the best and I know that about myself 🤣
Please PLEASE make sure you have your certificate. I do not enjoy turning people away mainly because it is hard enough for me to “say no” in general.
No certificate, no facial. I make no exceptions no matter who it is.
