Mrs. Sippy's Soapy Bliss Story I have always loved the Mississippi River, having never lived more than a few blocks away from it. Yes, I make sandwiches and soap!
I grew up in the little sweet river town of Lake City, then moved to Winona for college, and stayed! I feel so lucky to live in this beautiful area. I began making soaps 10 years ago for my children’s school project. Later, I started selling them in a small gift shop near my deli. Throughout the years I have learned about aromatherapy and oils that are good for your skin. This has guided me in developing the best possible recipe for a very moisturizing, long lasting, smooth bar of soap. Penny Kropidlowski
