I have over 17 years of massage experience. Each massage is customized for every client’s needs. My approach is rooted in personalized care and mindful touch.
I was born and raised in Vermont, and have been practicing massage since 2006. I believe that knowledge is power and actively maintain my Nevada massage license by completing a minimum of 12 continuing education hours each year-bringing fresh insight and techniques back to my clients. Each session is thoughtfully customized to meet my clients' individual needs, blending a variety of massage modalities to support both relaxation and therapeutic relief.

So, what is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy-based practice that focuses on relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. The tradition of Reiki is based on the idea that there is a universal life-force energy flowing through and around us. When we feel depleted, overwhelmed, or out of balance, Reiki is intended to support a greater sense of harmony within the whole person — body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
After their session, clients have described feeling relaxed, centered, peaceful, comforted, or feeling lighter overall.
What happens during a session?
You can remain fully clothed and comfortable on the massage table while I use a series of gentle hand positions just above the body. My Reiki sessions are mainly non-touch — there is no massage, pressure, manipulation, or physical bodywork.
