Good morning ☀️

It has been 3 years since I started this business. It’s been a wild ride for sure. A few twists and turns and a hill or two but in totality it has been an amazing experience that I wouldn’t trade for anything. I am truly grateful for all of you who trusted me on your self care and healing journeys.

I started massage because I wanted people to feel the relief and satisfaction I felt after receiving massage for myself. I continued with massage because I realized I was providing more than just physical relief. As an empath I feel so much of what others experience and once I learned to manage those feelings and not absorb them I was able to transmute mental and spiritual pain into something beautiful…HOPE!

When there is hope you can see clearer the path you need to follow. Your steps are lighter and you may feel stronger. Many of my clients have expressed the experience as a shift in energy , a lightness they can’t really articulate. One lady stated “I feel like I have a new body.” Another client left me a note,“ I felt you praying for me!”

It has always been my mission to make a difference in the lives of my clients. To leave them better than when they arrived. I thank God for allowing me to do just that on so many occasions.

Next week, December 1st I will be celebrating my 57th birthday and arthritis has already set up permanent residency in my knee 🤣
