Hey everyone! Just wanted to let all of my clients know that if you have messaged me in the past few days and I have not gotten back to you, I promise I’m not ignoring you! I have been completely overwhelmed the past week with trying to fit everyone back in after all of the weather. I’m going to dedicate time to sit down and respond to everybody’s messages here shortly! I want to thank everyone for their patience. It’s been a little hectic trying to fit 65 people in in a 5 day period. As you guys know, I’m single-handedly running the Salon so if I don’t respond immediately, it does not mean I’m ignoring you I will get back to you! Again, thank you so much for your patience. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for trusting The Black Magnolia Hair Company with your hair care needs. To ensure every client receives the best service and experience, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies:

📅 Cancellations

• 24-hour notice required for all cancellations
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) will be charged 50% of service total
• No-shows will be charged 100% of service total

🔁 Rescheduling

• You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance with no fee
• Rescheduling within 24 hours = late cancellation
• Frequent last-minute changes may require a non-refundable deposit

💳 Deposits

• Some services or first-time bookings may require a deposit
• Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if rescheduled on time
• Missed or late-cancelled appointments will forfeit the deposit

⏰ Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and incur a fee
