Chelsey started THE REFINERY in 2017. Tika started as a stylist that same year and became a co-owner at the end of 23’ get to know a little about them down below!

•Tika•
loves spending her days transforming hair and making people feel their best! She is a proud mom to Ollie, and a loving wife to Ryan. When she’s not at the salon, you can find her outdoors, soaking up nature and traveling the world!!

•Chelsey•
is a dedicated salon owner with a passion for all things beauty! She loves a good balance of clean living paired with a healthy addiction to Starbucks iced coffee and Taco Bell. 😂 She is married to her loving husband Wesley and a proud mom to their son Silas. Chelsey infuses her faith and family values into her work. When she’s not creating stunning looks, or spending time with her family, you’ll find her taking a spin class, reading, or caring for her many plants. 🌱
