Why Your Razor Might Be Blocking Your Spray Tan ✨

If you’ve ever noticed your legs developing lighter than the rest of your body after a spray tan, your razor might be to blame. 🪒

Your razor can block your legs from developing DHA (the active tanning ingredient) — especially ones with moisture strips or built-in shave bars. It can leave behind a coating on your skin. This invisible barrier prevents DHA from fully absorbing into your skin, especially on freshly shaved legs.

The result? Patchy development, uneven color, or lighter legs compared to the rest of your body.

Tip: Shave at least 24 hours before your appointment to allow your skin to settle and ensure even DHA absorption
