Do these for 10 reps each

• Leg swings

• Single leg marches
Trains hip flexion, balance, and coordination. Lift the knee without collapsing in the standing hip.

• Lateral leg raises
Targets the glute medius, one of the biggest protectors against knee pain and low back issues.

• Kickbacks
Builds glute max strength and teaches your hips to extend without your low back taking over.

• Single leg hip hinges
Strengthens your posterior chain and improves your balance. Keep your hips square and control the descent.

• Internal rotations
Unlocks rotational strength inside the hip joint, which is often the first range people lose from sitting.

• External rotations
Balances the hip, improves stability, and protects your knees during walking and running.
