Had a great time training the lovely Khrystyna on not one but 2 courses in one day! She came all the way from Palm Beach for 360 Method headspa + dermaplaning training and truly knocked it out of the park. It was so good to see her confidence grow throughout the day, I’m genuinely so proud of how quickly she stepped into her skills and trusted herself. By the end, she was flowing through both services like she’s been doing them for years 🧡

Thank you to Dermastart for providing the amazing Neurogenic Dermaplane Kit. The ATA Cosmetics applicator also made an appearance during the mask to help calm the skin.

My annual Easter Egg Hunt is LIVE. I’ve hidden eggs all around town at local small businesses. Here are the first 3 egg hints:

Egg Hint # 1: “That’s where we wanna go…”

Egg Hint # 2: Not all treasures are buried. Some are bottled.

Egg Hint # 3: Originally a funeral home... now everything here gets s second chance at life.

3 days × 3 hints per day = 9 chances to win.

This year we are doing things alittle different. Each egg includes (heavily) discounted spa services. But, If you make a purchase at the location of the egg, you ALSO get a FREE gift. Just send us a picture of your receipt along with your selfie. This way we get to support local small businesses while having some fun.

I have been so busy I haven't been able to photodump from Skin Games yet. I was so honored to receive a Legend award this year but the best part was my son Jimmy was the one to give the award to me on stage. 😭🥹 Still ugly crying

Had a fabulous day volunteering at an assisted living doing facials with Juan for Valentine’s Day.

One of the sweetest ladies completely fell in love with Juan and even told him his facial was “better than sex” 😂 I’m still giggling.

But in all seriousness, today was great and it is always heart warming to see the residents enjoying themselves… activities like this matter more than people realize.

Human connection is incredibly important for seniors. Is is far too easy to become isolated when you are living in assisted living communities. Loneliness and depression are linked to faster cognitive decline, and research shows that staying socially engaged can help support brain health and lower the risk of dementia. Positive social interaction, touch, and laughter have been shown to improve mood, reduce stress, support memory, and help maintain cognitive function.

I know I’m always talking about The and encouraging people in the spa/beauty/wellness industry to volunteer their services, but the truth is you do not have to be in any industry. Anyone can go and volunteer their time.

You can go:
• Do puzzles.
• Join bingo.
• Read with them.
• Have a hobby? Teach it.
• Plan a small event with the activities director.
• Have kids? Bring them with you. I’ve watched how volunteering has shaped my own kids and the compassion it’s built in them. You can’t really teach that kind of empathy with words alone. They have to experience it.
