We are looking for an experienced beauty expert with exceptional sales skills for a special training event. This is not your typical in-store demo event, instead you will focus on mentoring the actual store associates.

Topics we will cover:
Consulting with clients to determine their skin type, skincare concerns, and style preferences
Recommending products that fit the client's needs, preferences, and budget, and explaining how the products work
Sharing beauty tips and tricks such as color matching
How to approach customers and generate customer interest
Adding to their basket by suggesting complementary products
Tips on closing the sale and so on

You must be local to the area - no travel compensation is available.

The training event is taking place inside of a retail store. You will be in the store for 1 full day, 8-hours.
We have some flexibility to work with you on the schedule.

You must be available for a 1-hour (paid) webinar training prior to the event.

You should have:
Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and cosmetics.
A passion for the beauty industry.
Experience in sales/retail
Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
A friendly personality and professional appearance.

This is a 1-day gig that can lead to more work in the future.
This is a w2 position that pays within 2 weeks following the event
