Dolce Vita Salons is looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Salon Coordinator to join our Winter Park team.

This is more than a front desk position, it’s an opportunity to help lead the guest experience, support our talented team, solve problems with confidence, and keep the salon running smoothly every day. With monthly bonus opportunities and the potential to grow into an Assistant Manager role, this is an exciting career opportunity within the beauty industry.

What You’ll Do:
• Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism from arrival to checkout
• Create a seamless, elevated client experience
• Manage appointments, rescheduling, and virtual consultations
• Assist with client questions, scheduling, and daily salon operations
• Support stylists, assistants, and leadership throughout the day
• Help with product orders, payroll support, and front desk operations
• Monitor the schedule, identify opportunities, and keep the salon running efficiently
• Lead with positivity, strong communication, and a team-first mindset

What We’re Looking For:
• 1+ year of salon or spa experience
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• A calm, confident, solution-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment
• A polished, professional presence with great attention to detail
• Comfort using computers, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and social media
• Reliable, flexible, and eager to grow within the company

Full-Time Schedule:
Tuesday–Thursday: 9:45 AM–7:00 PM
Friday–Saturday: 9:45 AM–6:00 PM
