Lash extensions are attached onto your natural lash. As your natural lash grows through this cycle (as shown above), it will naturally fall out with the extension attached. This is completely normal! You will then have new lashes that will start to grow in its place, and during your infill sessions lash extensions are then applied onto these lashes. NOTE: Not all lashes are on the same lash cycle. This is why you notice that certain lashes fall out in different time lengths. It is recommended to come in for lash fills every 2-3 weeks. This is because as time goes on, even if you still have lashes on at 4-5 weeks, the weight of the lash extension could cause the natural lash to twist and this can cause damage to your natural lashes. It may also be uncomfortable to the client as well, which is why we remove these extensions during a fill!
