Got the sniffles, aches & pains? Not feeling well?

Dear valued guests,

in an effort to maintain a healthy environment, and you are feeling sick which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc. or have the onset of symptoms of an illness I ask that you kindly reschedule your service within 24 hours or as soon as you feel it, even the day of!
If you are on medication I still ask that you reschedule until you feel 100% symptoms free.



If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to please reschedule your reservation and will be charged a missed service fee.

Studio Skin Deep Cancellation Policy:
In the event of an illness, unknown event, unforeseen plans please reschedule within 24 to 48 hours to prevent being charged a missed reservation fee. This allows for someone else to grab your time slot.

If you are canceling less than 24 hours in a non emergency case you will be charged 50% of your missed scheduled service. This will have to be paid before your next reservation.

In the event of a No show/no call you will be charged the full amount of your missed scheduled service. this will have to be paid before your next reservation.
Emergency situations are a case by case situation.
