What’s a tip out?!
• a brightening or a refresh of the ends that are left OUT of the foils. Creates bright pops on the ends to match the brightness at the roots. Ideal for clients who feel as though the color has become dull or brassy at the bottom of her hair.

Regular appointments every 10-12 weeks (no sooner, no later) will keep your hair healthy and bright all thru out the year.
Why not sooner?
In order to not overlap previously lightened hair, the hairstylist needs enough regrowth to work carefully in only applying the lightener on new virgin hair.

Why not later?
When you wait too long you are now entering the area of a color correction. The hair may not lift evenly exposing unnecessary warmth in addition, this becomes an appointment that will require more time, more lightener which means more $.

What’s the standard now-a-days?
Highlights…but not just the typical highlights. Now, we leave no signs of regrowth, we correct all unwanted tones, we leave brightness where specified.
Every “typical” highlight is followed by a gloss service which adds approximately another 30-45 min on top of the total time and is considered an additional service which means more $$.
